Everything was bad. I worked at many companies but I have never experienced such disrespect from management as there. I really recommend to avoid this company.

You definitely need to hire manager that really will take care about the staff. The actual administration can kick you out of the company simply because they want hire their children instead of you.

Everyone hates management and nobody dares to say honestly what do they want to change. Management can kick you out of the company if you show unsatisfied face to them.

They just give students the tasks like packing flyers and do dirty jobs.
