The student relationships are the only positive thing I enjoy about this company

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Every.single.thing about this messed up company stinks. I cannot stress this hard enough. The people from headquarters do not care about how hard we work, all they care about is positive reviews. No matter how much effort we put, they give more responsibility. For minimum wage they try to squeeze in as much work as they can possibly extract from us.

Give better wages to your employees. Stop with the greed! Seriously. Hire more full time staff. Don't just keep Hiring students. If you want better performance at the hostels, it's imperative you hire more full time staff. Don't just keep Hiring students cuz they are cheaper.

Many thanks for your Review. We are sorry to see you did not feel well in a&o. We are taking your criticism seriously and will include it in our next strategy meeting. However, the employment of temporary student workers is very successful and we will certainly not give up this model. Many of our students even switch to full-time employment in the company after their studies.
