Wouldn't recommend working at arive, as the leadership people don't care for its teams - no rewards or regular feedback
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
A young team with a lot of skilled people, flexibility to choose between Munich and Berlin.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Unexperienced founders that don't really care for the team. A lot of change within the leadership team and big loss of "Hands-on" mentality during my time at arive. New leaders that came mainly worked on setting up (useless) structures, not really startup "get things done" vibes.

arive should start caring about its people :) A couple of folks left together with me and I heard them talk bad about the company a lot, not really great for reputation and obviously not for mental well being of its employees. Founders dont really speak to anyone below director-level.
