Please make an effort to show up in meetings, and be present and engaged when you are there.
Please consider your employees as part of your business family, and strive to create a positive and supportive work environment.
Please be mindful of your hiring practices, and avoid hiring too many colleagues if your business model is not sustainable or profitable. (since you already had 2nd round of layoff with a year of operation)
