Leaving aside the fact that 7 rounds of interviews is a ridiculous number, but I honestly would have expected more professionalism from such a company. After applying for this position, explaining several times my availability and even interviewing while on vacation, it's been weeks since I've last heard from anyone in this company regarding the status of my application. No matter how many times I tried to get in touch with someone. This is such a disrespectful behaviour that is becoming far too common in the job market, and it has to stop.

On top of this requesting feedback from HR ended up in the most empty reply I've ever read.

I wish you all to end up on the other side of the hiring process in this job market and get a taste of how you treat candidates.

Prozess beschleunigen, mehr Transparenz. Nach jedem Interview musste ich mich selbst darum kümmern, wie und ob es weitergeht, habe teilw. wochenlang auf Feedback gewartet. Insgesamt hat der Prozess 5 Monate gedauert. Nach der letzten, 6 .(!) Interviewrunde kam eine Standardmail aus Textbausteinen als Absage. Das ist mehr als unprofessionell

I wanted my experience to be better than that of the previous 2 applicants leaving a review 2 years ago but nothing seems to have improved.
At least give the impression that you've bothered to read the documents sent to you before hitting a button to send out an automated rejection.
I hadn't even seen the confirmation mail that the application had gone through when the rejection arrived.
These are the people that give HR a bad name. Even if you already have a candidate and aren't looking anymore, how hard is it to say that? I found a profound lack of respect for the applicant in this case. A company this size can do better.

Alle eingegangenen Bewerbungen beantworten. Das gehört zum guten Ton, alles andere ist unprofessionell und unhöflich.

Nach über 6 Monaten ist außer einer Eingangsbestätigung keine Reaktion der Firma auf die Bewerbung erfolgt, weder eine Zu- noch eine Absage. Mehrere Versuche telefonisch oder über e-mail Auskünfte zu bekommen wurden abgeblockt oder ignoriert.
Diese Firma hat mehrere Stellen (teilweise sogar als dringend markiert) ausgeschrieben ist aber offensichtlich nicht an Bewerbungen auf diese Stellen interessiert. Wenn man so mit potentiellen neuen Mitarbeitern umgeht um die man offensichtlich werben möchte, wie wird dann erst mit bestehenden Mitarbeitern umgegangen?

Update: 3 Tage nach diesem Post habe ich dann doch eine Nachricht erhalten: "Die Position wurde leider schon besetzt." Immerhin eine Antwort, dem Anschein nach wurde meine Bewerbung nach allerdings überhaupt nicht beachtet.
