Depending on project, there are flexible work times and Home Office is embedded in the Companys culture.

They do their fair share regarding environment. Socially, it is a multi-cultural environment with a pretty good balance. After all, having offices in a troubled corner of the Globe (see Palestine) and the recent creation of an IT-Academy there, shows that there is a grade of sensitivity in social matters.
Teams have a strong bond. With minor exceptions, everybody is willing to assist everybody.
There were colleagues in the 45+ age zone. Respected and treated as the rest of the coworkers.

You get the needed tools and more, offices are comfortable and with a homely vibe, you wouldn't notice how the time passes.

Working environment way above average. You get the tools you need to get the job done and then some. Facilities are modern and also cosy and make working hours comfortable.
There is a linear hierarchy implemented. This can be great if something needs to be “communicated” asap, but sometimes can lead the upper levels to be overwhelmed and thus unreachable. But this is less than often the case.
I can't speak for other departments and teams, but every day there is something that can be challenging.

If you want to kill your career path, gain no experience, and make no salary advancement, then you are welcome to join AXSOS AG!
Well, you can expect to work with old and legacy systems, so when you are out in the market or you want to change your job, it will be pretty difficult since what you have gained in experience is 0 and worth nothing.
Additionally, you will stay several years without any salary raise since whenever it's the time for the raise, the management will come and tell you the famous and yearly sentence "We are behind the business goals so we can't make any raises". They even told the employees in one year to cut off their salaries and to work free extra hours to support the company!
Moreover, you will feel that you work inside an "intelligence agency" company since whatever word or complain you say will reach the management directly and later on you will expect to get notified, reviewed, and sometimes punished by the management.
In Ramallah office, the situation is rather catastrophic. I have no words to describe how the employees are destroyed. It's only the bad economic situation and the few job chances that prevent the employees from leaving the company.

Also, am besten mit vorab gut informieren und überlegen.

Im Rahmen der Projekttätigkeit kann jeder eine gute work-life-balance verwirklichen. Sicherlich kann es auch manchmal zu herausfordernden Situationen innerhalb eines Projektes kommen aber nach eigener Erfahrung überwiegen die normalen Zeiten.
Für Mitarbeiter die sich weiter entwickeln wollen gibt es Förderprogramme aber es wird auch auf Eigeninitiative zur Fortbildung gesetzt. Motivierten Mitarbeitern werden keine Steine in den weg gelegt.
Das Gehalt war Leistungsgerecht und die Sozialleistungen entsprechen dem höchsten Standard.
Das Engagement in Palästina spricht für sich selbst. Mülltrennung/-vermeidung ist Standard.
Der Kollegenzusammenhalt ist sehr stark ausgeprägt, vor allem unter den Projektbeteiligten.
Auch ältere Kollegen wurden gefördert und entsprechend ihres Erfahrungsschatzes eingesetzt.
Alle Vorgesetzten mit denen ich zusammengearbeitet habe waren stets bemüht (und auch erfolgreich) die Anforderungen in meinem Job mit meinen Wünschen in Einklang zu bringen.
Die Arbeitsbedingungen in den verschiedenen Niederlassungen variieren natürlich, aber in den beiden Niederlassungen in denen ich tätig war konnte die Ausstattung der Räumlichkeiten und technisches Equipment der Arbeitsplätze überzeugen und entsprach dem modernsten technischen Stand. Die Arbeitsmaterialien wie Laptop und Handy war auf dem neuesten Stand und wurde bei Problemen sehr schnell ausgetauscht.
Die Kommunikation ist regelmäßig und offen. Probleme werden genauso angesprochen wie außergewöhnliche Leistungen gelobt werden.
Im Rahmen meiner Tätigkeit konnte ich mir immer die Projekte oder Aufgaben aussuchen die meinen Vorlieben und Interessen entsprachen.
