Nice outside, but ugly inside!
Bad leadership according to VKL (Exp. their manager)
Manager of VKL acts calculating and nasty, exerts pressure, works with fear and threats. Calls me his best friends on the phone because he wants me to work at the weekends. Calls days in advance and puts psychological pressure on me ("my friend, we get along so well, ... bla bla bla ... you still owe me a favor") Very unpleasant and not very professional.
