Good People, Good Mission, Yet... Sometimes Meh.
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Generally support the creation and work of the workers council
Verbesserungsvorschläge
It's great that every store has their own "personality", but it's really annoying at times how each store has different processes and rules, so helping out can end up super stressful. So it feels like many employees are like "I never wanna work at XY store again".
Arbeitsatmosphäre
It can severely depend on the store you're working in. The cultures are widely different in each store, and stores randomly make up their own rules. Sometimes it can feel like it's a whole different company, depending on where you work.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Super Team, gossip can occur though.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Store Managers are really transparent. Yet sometimes the flow of information is pretty weird as any superiors of the store managers seem very out of reach to anybody who's not a SM or Assistant SM.
Interessante Aufgaben
If you get hired as Donut Slinger, you may end up having to beg for any form of Barista training. Onboarding and Training can hugely vary.
Gleichberechtigung
Empowering people of all origins, sexualities, gender orientations, ... - very queer friendly and supportive of non-binary/trans* applicants who're still pre-legal name change.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
Very, very young company. Which is cool.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
Like... 3 1/2 stars? The company is very aware of their footprint and try to make everything as sustainable as possible, yet one major thing many miss: Sustainability of the packaging, especially with plastic coating, ... also a lack of discounts when people bring their own boxes for example.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Paycheck always on time. Payment is okay. Tips exist and get split fairly.
Image
Funnily, there's a lot of internal gossip about the company by employees. Doesn't really get addressed though.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
As a working student you're pretty much stuck at the lowest level of employment. Received no formal training, more inconsistent (sometimes with conflicting info) training by superiors.
