Dear colleague, I would like to thank you in advance for your sincere and obviously well-considered feedback. It makes us glad when reviews are expressed with determination and the finger is placed precisely in the wound that hurts the most, instead of condemning in general.
This is the greatest and friendliest help you can give us.
We are already aware of some of the points of criticism you have raised and I can say that we are also working hard to achieve improvements here.
Other points of criticism, on the other hand, we were at least not so aware of until now - and this is where we are particularly grateful, because we now have the opportunity to investigate the causes and possibilities for improvement.
And finally, we are particularly pleased with the points that you have highlighted as positive - whereby we consciously promise you that we will not rest on our laurels, but will continue to improve here too.
