- Work needs to be done. No matter what. There is 0 overview or controll of the ressources available which can lead to many hours of unpaid overtime.
- Can involve a lot of travelling across Europe or even the globe. Compensation days can be requested however you'll sometimes will have to fight for them.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Intransparent, erratic, no reasoning or explanation behind decisions, controlling even in the smallest details. No true "leadership" but more of classical "boss" behaviour. Be prepared for false promises and being even outright lied to.
The management is celebrating a culture of zero feedback. This way they can always negate your claims for a raise or anything similar.

Thank you for your honest feedback. We are sorry that you were dissatisfied with some aspects of your work with us.
We would like to respond to a few points of your feedback as we have hired someone for IT administration - which is unfortunately not always easy given the shortage of skilled workers in this area - and we are also expanding the lower floor to create more office space.
We also don't fully understand your feedback regarding the benefits. We offer an Urban Sports Club membership for 9.90 € per month, lunch is on us on Wednesdays. We also offer compensation days for overtime, we have a party together four times a year to celebrate our team and we have a really great team where everyone can contribute according to their strengths. Last but not least we offer hybrid working and 30 days of vacation per year, plus we also give vacation days on top for Carnival, Christmas and New Year.
