Don't blindly trust what Celonis offers you, only what's in your contract will actually happen. Going abroad or learning in different teams, while being flexible to what you want sounds good - but apparently doesn't work in a realistic economic phase.

They shouldn't offer a traineeship if they don't have a plan of how to realize it or are willing enough to make it happen.
Kommunikation
Great from team lead side - they usually keep you in the loop and filter spam.
From upper management - certain changes are a bit sudden with sometimes missing plans (e.g. learning budget was cut with no direct replacement. Instead they slowly started to evaluate a replacement, which took about 4 months.)
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Communication and collaboration with my colleges is the best part! Everyone is happy to help you at the start or share their knowledge.
Work-Life-Balance
The good part: it's entirely up to you. You can keep a good balance if you work effectively. But there is no one who will keep you from working weekends if you feel like it.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Most team leads are good role models. Thanks to a knew initiative they also get more education to improve.
Interessante Aufgaben
Depends - if you get into the team you interviewed for, then definitely yes. If you were randomly selected in your 'trainee program' with no choice of switching, it's a bit boring.
Gleichberechtigung
I see woman processing the same as men. They're also represented on all levels. But my insight into in this area is quite limited.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
The oldest colleges I work with are in their 40s. They get the same adequate education and career development as everyone else. But older ones, I haven't seen so far.
Arbeitsbedingungen
In Munich office, engineering department is usually kept in worse conditions than the rest (broken heating, missing air conditioning in the summer, bad monitor situation or missing noise reduction) if you're in another department, situation is top level.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
They tell us that climate and environment counts,require people to watch some video course. I haven't seen any strategic plan of how to improve the situation.
The selling point: the optimisation for our customers save way more CO2 emissions and help environment than any efforts in our office or changes of transport.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Compared to most other software companies in Munich, Celonis is playing in the upper league.

Karriere/Weiterbildung
They're still in the process of defining a clear guideline and career steps with a respective requirements.
