Verbesserungsvorschläge
As Interns and Working Students we wished some of the employee benefits also applied to us, such as meal vouchers, gympass, metro ticket etc.
Also, I would have appreciated some more frequent feedback talks and goal-setting.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
The colleagues I encountered during my intern time were always very friendly and helpful and treated me as part of the team which contributed greatly to the good working atmosphere.
Kommunikation
I felt communication on all levels was always clear and frequent.
Work-Life-Balance
for me, working times were always balanced, when I had a longer day I could easily make up for it on another day and I appreciated that I was free in determining my working hours freely.
Interessante Aufgaben
Due to the nature of my role it was difficult to take over some of the "normal" tasks (a lot of customer meetings, workshops etc) and thus, I did a lot of tasks that did not necessarily correlate to the job itself but were more of an organizing nature.
I would have enjoyed it if I could have taken over more of these "normal" tasks or to support a specific customer project or journey, however I still got a good picture of what the job entails.
Arbeitsbedingungen
I was in the munich office which had everything on offer that I could need: modern laptops and working desks, enough space for everyone, drinks and snacks, and "social areas"
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
Celonis makes sustainability one of their values and creates high awareness and offers education opportunities as well as three "impact days" for sustainability and social causes. As far as I could tell they also drove the sustainability topic within the organisation.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
As an intern the pay was similar or better than what I was offered at different firms, however some additional benefits would have been a plus
Karriere/Weiterbildung
During my onboarding and also during the internship I had a lot of opportunities to do trainings via the Celonis Academy, as well as Degreed courses.
