Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Nothing, seriously. They treat their employees as they are replaceable, turns out the company found out it is harder than expected to attract new talents for a broken ship in the middle of the ocean.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
The managers, the decisions made in the last two years, the company strategy to dismiss people and make them gone in one day without they saying bye to their colleagues, looks like they did terrible things, but no, they were just dismissed because of cut of costs.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
There's an old saying "You are selling your lunch to buy dinner" this would apply for all bad decisions the higher management did so far. Trying to lower costs at all costs but in a not smart way.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
No fairness or truth, people usually talk behind your back. Motivation is gone long time ago as the management keep commiting silly mistakes and taking wrong decisions.

There isn't any communication at all, too many communication channels but no one read them, all employees are taken by surprise with abrupt decisions by the higher management.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
There are a few colleagues who you can trust and work collaborative, besides this small group each one is trying to shine by himself and try to take his fame.
Work-Life-Balance
There are flexible hours and work life balance it's not the worst from this company, but definitely the top down decisions that are made cause huge impact on your planned work and may cause some extra hours of work. By the way, most of those decisions are abrupt and proven to be a failure after some time, then when someone asks who this idea was, no one answers it.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Micro managing happens in some departments, some managers are not trustable at all as their decisions are made by his own and not for the good of the company. Some very bad managers are still working at Censhare without proof of their work, they just know who to please and to "show some work".
Interessante Aufgaben
Very uninteresting tasks, most of my time was just to recreate something that already existing changing very small details, they are too proud of their product was in the past to risk to explore and be better for the future, they rely on old product decisions.
Gleichberechtigung
The salary you get is how much you negotiated and how good you sell yourself during the hiring process. Mobility inside censhare doesn't exist at all, you start with X as a salary, you will end 5 years later getting X, even if your tasks are more challenging or you grew as a professional (for the market, not to censhare who doesn't value personal grow)
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
Very critical, they are too proud of the Old and golden times and doesn't accept changes or arguments, either you go with the old employee's suggestion or you don't do nothing and keep as it is. Also lot's of older colleagues were fired or quitted due to the company's new strategy.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Old and broken furniture. I worked on a broken desktop table for 2 years, my chair was old and very uncomfortable and I could only change it because my ex-colleague who had a better chair was fired. Software wise they use old macbooks that all developers complain that overheat and freeze.

Not at all, there's is no recycle bins, lights are usually left on,

Not the best, not the worst. It all depends on how good you sell yourself during the interview. There's almost zero career plan, so don't expect to grow inside, you will be in your position and salary till your last day.

Karriere/Weiterbildung
It's a joke, the company always says they are short of money to invest on their employees, so don't expect to have a budget for books, courses, trainings, etc. But this can be different for those who know who to cheer and to ask, I stayed for two years and never got a penny for any book or training I asked at the same time I know people who were still on probation time with less than 2 months who got full payed conferences… so try our lucky :)
