Arbeitsatmosphäre
The owner demanded to be called professor. From the first day already he would create a clear hierarchy structure. In the case that you asked him to give you a task he would rush to tell you that he is the head of the company and you are the bottom and that you should not expect him to go from the top to the bottom! (So if you have nothing to do - which probably this is the case, create sth, do sth on your own)
The worst is that there are paying issues (make sure to check if you are being paid) and clarify if you have visa issues (this was not my case but there were many things happening on that office-which should not be happening on a European Country).

There is a general disappointment but as a group of the same age we developed friendships and enjoyed an international experience in the beautiful Hamburg. Unfortunately this last little since every now and then (almost every 2 weeks or month) we needed to say goodbye and meet someone new from the beginning. The image of the company to the most of employees was bad.

There is not much stress-except when the market report is to be completed.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
If you manage to stay you are offered a really good Titel with either the same money you used to earn (300/450 Euro) or with a little more . It depends on the options you have.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
I had many paying issues. Colleagues were not paid even after they left the office. Phones were ringing and old practicants were asking for the 3 months payment. Of course there were other issues as well. In any case make sure to check your bankaccount regularly.

Depends on the group every time. Except professor and the person that does the proofreading (because he is a native speaker), the rest of the group is cooperative and one of them (in sales) is really friendly and helps all the newcomers from his own initiative.

Bad communication!
Arbeitsbedingungen
There are devices to be used so you should not be asked to bring your personal laptop. Because of bad communication and organization there were cases that in the research people did not have where to sit.
Kommunikation
Office language is English. The communication is quite bad. Professor speaks bad about employees that are not in the office and blames them for anything. Once they come back there is always someone else to blame. No focus is given on the issue and how to resolve it. The rest of the communication depends on the group you have at that point of time. There were people that you would be able to have a clear communication and others that hoped to stay longer (were stressed all the time, created a bad atmosphere, spoke bad about other colleagues in the office to the professor-I don't blame them-we all started with the hope of staying longer).
Gleichberechtigung
Jokes and aquard storytelling is sth that you will not be able to avoid.
Interessante Aufgaben
You do not have many tasks. You can be creative and if you want to learn things on your own and try things/propose projects, you have the time and the means. If you are the type of person though that you need clear tasks, would be a problem for you (you would probably just stand in front of a computer for many hours).
