If you are working in Customer Support, there is no other company better than this. I have been working in Berlin for 8 years and I do know the market. Try other companies at your own risk ;)
For the rest of the departments, like marketing, analytics etc... I can say nearly the same.

If you work in Berlin, want to work in Berlin and you care about what your company does... then there is not that many better places than this.
