No interesting tasks for test engineer position and no career developing plan

HR team does an excelent Job. Collegue Luigi was an excellent suporter and willing to provide help and advices with such profesionalism and human kind.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
There is no interest to solve conflicts and work in improvements plans when there are problems.

Supervisors do not create a right atmosphere to be motivated to learn and sometimes there is an environment of superiority which creates a tense space
Kommunikation
Communication did not flow directly to the person and instead comments are being made behind generating uncomfortable sitiuations. There is no interest to solve conflicts and work in a solution when there are problems
Kollegenzusammenhalt
I worked in a project where I did not feel safe asking question to the supervisor because he had no emotional skills to accept errors or when something needed further clarification because he expected one to know everything even when the person is new to the project.
Interessante Aufgaben
In the Software Testing branch, tasks can be done by a technician and there is no need of an Engineer. Task are easy and not challenging to keep motivation.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
There are no interest from managing for developing plan or improvement plans.
