I honestly think it's a cool company with a future-proof product with extremely high potential. I probably had bad luck with my manager and the team in the first place.

Get rid of that hire-and-fire mentality. Replace your managers or at least train them better.

Enormous pressure to perform, even for things that were obviously not really urgent. You were constantly given the feeling that you wouldn't make it through the probationary period if even one little thing went wrong.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
I think it's difficult to talk about team spirit in a company that works remotely for the most part - for me, there was never a sense of community. However, pure remote work is probably just not my thing - therefore neutral.
Work-Life-Balance
It's very flexible and based on trust, however some employees don't seem to care about time zones at all, often resulting in meetings late in the evening.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
I can only speak for my supervisor here - there was micromanagement all the time, things that were not even close to being finished were already torn apart in advance. Often it seemed as if errors were explicitly sought so that they had a reason to complain.
Furthermore, my mentor was way too busy to really take time for questions.
Interessante Aufgaben
I got relatively dull tasks most of the time - in the end it seemed to me that they were just looking for someone to do them that they could then get rid of quickly.

Diversity does well for Instagram, but in reality most managers are male and there is a lot of talk.

I didn't really meet any older colleagues.

For cases like yours we strongly advice to directly communicate with your HR Business Partner to find a solution about your workload and your meeting times. The goal is to enable you to manage your time in a way that allows you have a healthy work-life-balance, regardless of the time zone your colleagues are in.
As for the ''hire-and-fire mentality'', we unfortunately had to make the extremely difficult decision to adjust our operational costs to increase impact and better position the company to continue to navigate the macroeconomic climate. Like many major tech companies, we could not ignore well-documented global economic realities. But every new hire is carefully selected with the goal of keeping them on a long term.
