Arbeitsatmosphäre

Atmosphere with colleagues is fine, but leadership culture is absolutely intransparent and you always need to justify your work.

Kommunikation

Communication especially with management is difficult as no clear guidance is given and expectations remain unclear.

Work-Life-Balance

You are always working much more than contractually agreed. There is time tracking and you need to monitor precisely how much time you spent on which project, however no compensation for overtime. In addition, time budget for projects is always insufficient and you need to justify internally as well as externally towards clients why you took so long for the activities.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

Intransparent and inconsequent behaviour. There are people in leadership functions who have been promoted over the years from a scientist position without having any leadership personality or any training. They remained scientists, overwhelmed with leadership duties. Over decades there is no fluctuation as these people will never get a comparable job outside of Coriolis which makes process efficiency and real leadership difficult.
Beside this there are family members in management functions, who are definitely not suitable for the role. This is kind of frustrating as processes are clearly complicated and inefficient but you are continuously told that this cannot be changed.

Interessante Aufgaben

Interesting projects, but too much or not enough work. People are often bored out and awaiting the next project coming in and when working on projects they are working continuously overtime.

Gleichberechtigung

I do feel different treatment and especially payment of colleagues, see comment above about family members in management functions.

Very young team.

Talking a lot about sustainability but not living it.

In comparison to other companies definitely in the lower range.

Not possible as there is no time and money for seminars and management positions are blocked.
