Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Overall nice atmosphere among colleagues, you can chat with superiors and CEOs anytime. Family friendly customization of working hours possible.

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Working hours are not recorded, so basically everyone works more than agreed in the working contract (and there's no extra compensation). Project time is always limited and calculated too short-looked. Even if people do a good job and work effectively, the budget's not sufficient. Reassuring clients counts more than easing an employee's stress and frustration level. External training and skill enhancement is only granted to few people, that seems unfair.

Some units do not realize their responsibility to respond to other (lower in hierarchy) units...that creates a certain uneasiness.

Within the teams there's good team spirit.

Depends on your tasks, but generally works fine for people with family.

Nothing to complain about, but sometime more support would be appreciated.

Fine for me, but overall very intransparent who earns what.

Karriere/Weiterbildung

Was promised during hiring period, but since then just "No's" - "No budget", "Not recommended", "Not suitable for your position". To keep up with the market and to keep your staff - invest into them! Internal trainings are not considered here.
