I applied to one of their roles at the end of September, and they reached out to me a month later, expressing interest in my candidacy. We set up the first call. 4 minutes before the call, I received an email from them, saying that they sent me a link which was supposed to be sent to another candidate (strange, but ok, life happens), so I am asked whether we could reschedule to the same time the following day. I confirm immediately, but receive no new link to the call. In the evening, I follow up - no reply. Next morning - still nothing.
I spent over an hour on prep and researching the company to be ghosted not once but twice!
This behaviour is beyond unprofessional, never in my life have I experienced such disrespect in regards to my time from a company. Needless to say, never again.
Well... what goes around, comes around. :)
