Hybrid work is really great, also a lot of freedom in choice is left to the employees, because only up to 3 days a month in the office are obligatory. We have a lot of parents in parental leave also in "head of..." positions. I love the format of the hackathon, where new topics and teams can be created. Also the employee survey gives the employees the possibility to give anonymous feedback regularly.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
I really like the colleagues and the team; also there is a lot done regarding atmosphere like Tabel Tennis Tournament, Pizza Updates, Hackathon, party people slack group, etc.
Kommunikation
The communication is getting more and more transparent. I really like this transparent approach.
Work-Life-Balance
Open for part-time work and you are responsible for your own hours, so there is a lot of freedom and trust. If you are doing too many over hours, you can always talk to your Hiring Manager. Also it is now possible to choose urban sports club as a benefit after six months. And there are now health tools in the office, like adjustable tables, balance board, gymnastic balls etc.
Interessante Aufgaben
Since the SDA SE feels like a start-up with financial security there are many tasks to be taken - like a green field situation with areas of improvement. We are never done.
