Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Working conditions and benefits. State-of-the-art equipment both in office and at home. Huge and regular company and team events. Basically everything the P&C department does. Also great recruiting, they find amazing and talented people who share the same values and drive. Too bad they loose them so quickly once they peak around the curtain.

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Chronic instability and lack of transparency. Scaling up a start-up does not have to mean silencing employees, entering into hire-and-fire culture, and promoting incompetent leaders over others. There is a different way to handle growth.

Verbesserungsvorschläge

Practise what you preach. Company values shouldn't exist purely for marketing purposes.
Improve internal communications, i.e. be transparent with your employees.
Offer leadership trainings. Ask teams how they are doing and believe them.

Arbeitsatmosphäre

there is a lot of animosity between teams, people love to play the blame game, no room for human error

Constant change of direction without communicating reasons and goals transparently

mostly great within a team but be careful who you trust

despite being so profitable people are being severely underpaid
