Select staff with better management skills, people that appreciate moral values and train them. The current management level is way too low. The knowledge of the managed content is too poor.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Catastrophic atmosphere. Staff is put under permanent pressure. If anyone leaves, there is no replacement. At the same time the target for the team remains the same. That indices the left staff to quit, too. This has a strong negative impact on the atmosphere.
Kommunikation
Very bad communication. The management only poor knowledge about the team's work. As a result, there is nearly no communication about work. The manager's feedback is hardly related to the own work.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Surprisingly, the bad behavior of the bank and the managers have a very positive impact on the collaboration between the colleagues of the team. The team is very cooperative and manages to work together very well.
Work-Life-Balance
Mainly work, hardly life. The manager sets targets too high, even though it is well-known that it is not possible to achieve the target on time. Staff that complains about the high workload is just blamed that it is too slow.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
The behavior of the management is not acceptable. They fabricate lies to give negative feedback. Providing evidence against those lies is quite easy. However, the management then just invents cheap excuses that are clearly nonsense. In addition, the management is not interested in listening but chooses to put staff even more under pressure. This behavior is clearly a case for compliance and should finally be punished.

Working conditions are very bad. Most people just think about how to find a new job.
