I started initially in one of the companies that were bought by Devoteam. From there it was all downhill...
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Interesting projects - when there are any. All certificates are covered by the company, even failed attempts. Access to some well-established online learning platforms.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Low salary, not listening to employees, not caring to keep old employees in the company.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Listen to employees. appreciate their work and let them have more say in company's matters.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Generally pretty good, mainly thanks to amazing collegues.
Kommunikation
Monthly calls that did provide some insight into the company, on what's happening and what the direction is. But other than that - very opaque.
Work-Life-Balance
Home-office, flexible work time - I think that part was done very well.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Very hard to put your ideas and wishes through if not impossible. Very aggresive remarks when you happen to make a slight mistake or an oversight in some required procedures - even if the procedure was introduced hastly without much time to "phase in".
Interessante Aufgaben
Depending on the project, but usually things were quite interesting.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Office in Munich is really nice, could use more standing desks. Hardware - to choose from a windows machine or a Macbook, latest phone - from different manufacturers (Samsung, Google, Apple..)
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
Lots of buzz and focus was put on such topics, in practice I didn't feel like I was making any difference.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
For Munich salary was on an extreme low, benefits were also very limited.
Image
Hardly known outside of France. Just another consulting company. Albeit seems to be recognised among Google employees.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Options to grow are plenty, but it feels like climbing an oiled ladder. You seem to be sliding down all the time.
