Frequent changes in the bigger picture change the work of many teams.

Kommunikation

Many things were not communicated directly until rumours started piling up. Ex. Interns were not involved in offsites. Some prominent people leaving etc.

Amazing colleagues. Best thing about working here.

Work-Life-Balance

As said, frequent changes in initiatives and projects make many previous work go down the drain or halt it. Motivation to start something new is very low due to this.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

Poorly handlers personal data and details by HR. But t didn’t happen with me but with two of my colleagues which now have left the company.

Interessante Aufgaben

Same tasks. No scope for innovation neither time for it. It’s always fire fighting mode.

Gleichberechtigung

Many less non German people and on top. Recently the lead of PAC is non German and woman. Women do get amazing opportunities here.

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen

Honestly underpaid. There is a new grown model introduced but the salary ranges are very low.
