DCS is doing an amazing job in hiring people from all over the world and still everyone is getting along. Everyone, including C-level management is approachable and have an open ear.
Kommunikation
A lot of transparency and honesty. C-level is giving weekly updates and organizes all hands meeting with Q&A Sessions to answer any open questions.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Depends on the team you are in. We are all working on a common goal but there are some lone fighters following own agenda.
Work-Life-Balance
Flexible working hours, so it's fine if there is anything private urgent coming up and you can finish earlier or take a longer break. Opportunity for home office as well. In my team everyone finishes on time, but I know there are some working way more than expected.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
A lot of internal promotions - which is good, but some leaders need a proper training - which is scheduled for this year, so it might change.
But very respectful and at eye level.

A lot of ownership and room to implement own ideas.

Recycling in the offices could be improved. But company is planting trees for every new starter and work anniversaries which is a very nice and conscious idea.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
They just implemented a new program, where you know exactly what do you need to do, to be promoted. Also everyone get's a chance to go either in manager or individual contributor role. So will see how it goes.
