Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and suggestions you've provided.

Happy to hear that you enjoyed all the interesting tasks during your time with us and regret that you didn't feel you had career progression with DCS. A year ago we launched our growth framework with the goal to provide every employee with clear career paths (including growth talks and feedback). While the foundation is there, we agree that there is room for improvement. We're currently working on adjusting this framework to allow even better growth opportunities.

Regarding your suggestion about upskilling our leads, we want you to know that this is already in progress. It might take a little time to see the fruits of these training efforts, but rest assured, we are actively working on it.
