Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

The team spirit among colleagues was always good and there were many friendly and helpful employees. The opportunity to work from home from time to time or in the office (hybrid work) offers a certain degree of flexibility, which is positive. Team lunches and other team events are also every time very positive.

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

The poor communication and micromanagement by superiors are very disappointing. Many good employees with whom I worked well are no longer with the company, which indicates poor employee retention. In addition, the salary and benefits are inadequate and there are hardly any opportunities for career development or further training.

Verbesserungsvorschläge

The company should improve communication and transparency, especially when making decisions that affect employees. Management positions should be reconsidered and there should be more appreciation and, above all, listening. It would also be helpful to offer clear career paths and further training opportunities to motivate and retain employees. A fair and regular adjustment of salary and benefits would also be necessary.

The working atmosphere has deteriorated over time. There is little support and motivation in the team has fallen.

The working conditions are not ideal. There is a lack of modern work equipment. The working atmosphere is severely impaired by micromanagement and inefficient processes. The behavior of superiors also does not contribute to a pleasant working environment.

The salary and social benefits are inadequate and do not correspond to the industry average. There are hardly any adjustments or increases, even after many years of service.

The company's image has deteriorated in recent years. External perceptions often do not match the internal reality. Many customers are switching to the competition. Competitiveness is no longer a given.

There are hardly any opportunities for career development or further training. The company offers no further training, and opportunities for promotion are also excluded.
