Kommunikation
Generally very open and transparent. Sometimes long-term strategy is not so clear but Management is improving here.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Have never seen this better. I don't have work colleagues, I work with friends.
Work-Life-Balance
Extra hours are appreciated but not mandatory. Management is understanding for special circumstances.
Interessante Aufgaben
It's cool to work in a rather conservative industry and changing the way how things are done there with the help of IT and Data Science.
Gleichberechtigung
More male than female colleagues but quotas are improving.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
Average age is approx. around 32 but we have also older colleagues who are appreciated for their experience.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Only issue are laptops which can be a bit wonky and need to be replaced.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
The company tries to be 'green' wherever they can and also informs employees about cool social projects in which we can take part (e.g. Ukraine help)
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Salary is average but there are not many other benefits which I wouldn't also get in pretty much any other company.

Working for the agricultural industry is not really 'sexy' but I like how we want to disrupt the industry (and of course you make some enemies along the way by doing this).
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Know-how or experience which is lacking is hired into higher positions but where possible and sensible, employees can move up the ladder if they prove themselves.
