We’re glad to hear that you appreciate our benefits like EGYM Wellpass and our company gym which we are offering our employees free of charge.
We take your points regarding processes, career development, communication and salary seriously. Transitioning from a start-up company to a grown up organization that aims for long-term goals, like going public, comes with its challenges. We have recognized and are actively working on them.

Here are a few examples how we’re addressing these areas:
- Processes and structures: We’re currently focused on refining and improving our internal processes to create a more efficient and seamless work environment. That is why we have kicked off a “Process Awareness" initiative and trainings every EGYMee has to participate in.
- Communication: We want to keep all employees up to date, which is why we have regular town hall meetings in German and English, for example, in which all employees receive very transparent information on relevant topics.
- Career development: We recognize the importance of clear milestones for personal growth and are working on building more transparent pathways and better guidance for career progression. Currently we are piloting them in some departments and collecting feedback before rolling them out.
- Compensation: We review our salaries twice a year throughout our Development Committee process to ensure a competitive salary structure. In addition to that we offer several benefits such as a free EGYM Wellpass membership, a monthly mobility subsidy, bike leasing and much more.
