Leave is kept to a minimum regarding days off before and after. Leave is only approved on availability and need to be submitted up to 18 month wished date - difficult procedures to get leave for life family events not catering for “non standard” situations

Senior staff receive communication to consider alternative career options after 45 years of age - non contract renewal possible if considered too old. For pilots no retirement option- pay increase steps stop after certain years of service
