Arbeitsatmosphäre
Since all is remote (while still having the possibility to come regularly to one of the offices in DE) it is not easy to have a comfy friendship-like work atmosphere. But for any who loves remote and home-office, that's the best you can get.
Kommunikation
All communication is based on remote chat and mail systems. That is highly efficient but the communication is sometimes not 100% efficient and misses some lose ends. This is not an EPAM problem it always depends on the people in a shared context and remote makes everything more specific.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Since EPAM highly relies on networking the connection with your co-employers and teammates is highly important and nurtured to a high degree. Even if you are most likely in a remote context, you work as a team!
Work-Life-Balance
There are a lot of topics and you can get drawn under the bus of efficiency - but this is what you normally choose willingly when joining an employer like EPAM. But even in this high-paced, highly efficient work environment, the line managers are instructed to take care of their people - we all look out for red flags and start to mitigate them.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
The connection to line managers and the ones you directly report is hand-picked and defined by a good fit - that is a very good structure. And since no connection to a line manager is written in stone, all is a matter of change during the journey to find a sustainable and healthy organisation.

More than 5 stars if possible - at EPAM and with all the customers there is a large field of possibilities. Ever-changing tasks, new projects, new topics, new environments, ...
