thank you for taking the time leaving us your honest review.

I am happy to see that you describe epilot as a great place to work! One of my daily goals is for sure to make epilot a great place to work.

As you also said, there is a lot of potential within epilot. For the company in general, but also for every individual - to participate, to grow and have an impact. I appreciate you agree on this point.

While I can see you are giving epilot a good evaluation overall, I also see that there is always potential to improve.

Answering to the question "What I find bad about the employer" you said is "Hire and fire?". I think describing our (hiring) culture with the term "Hire and fire" would not really do justice to our overall (hiring) culture. I won't deny that in a growing team of, as of today, around 100 people there is some kind of fluctuation. But this fluctuation can have different reason.
