Staff are fearful of repercussions from questioning decisions.

There is a severe lack of communication from the management side.

The seeds of division have been sowed by the management. This has created internal conflict amongst the teams.
Work-Life-Balance
The school demands all from their staff without regard to private lives.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
It is unfortunate, that the otherwise bright future of ESRM has been compromised by a toxic management culture. This has been actively propagated by the management team via systematic bullying and harassment of the staff to ensure their is no dissent to decisions made.
The consequence has been a tragic loss of extremely passionate and talented staff members.
Staff turnover has risen to unacceptable levels this is now threatening the educational quality delivered by the school.
Summary dismissals are not unusual. They serve to highlight a flagrant disregard for employment law. (Also evidenced by subsequent court proceedings)
Needless to say, it demonstrates a general lack of human decency towards the staff. This situation has progressively deteriorated over the years.

which provides great potential teaching opportunities.

Staff feedback is not sought & not welcomely received by the management team.

No exceptions made for older staff.

Work conditions can change at short notice without warning. It is expected that all adapt without question.

More focus on public image than actual practice.

Salary is good, Jobticket and superannuation.
Given the stressful work environment, few remain long enough to realize their career potential.
