As long as no divergent interests occur, there are a lot of positive aspects which might work right, every now and then, for maybe each employee apart.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
The company finds itself like other companies in a 'flow' state(inc. manpower), which is good while dynamic is change,transformation,evolution which leads to the impossibility of isolating and defining shade side of the company.
It is a individual experience and it is not general valid.

Instead of standard credentials, in some cases it might make more sense to intensify the effort of releasing personalized credentials.
