Arbeitsatmosphäre
Lack of understanding by the employer of duties and the ease of losing a job causes the atmosphere at work is not favourable.
Kommunikation
If a task is to be completed within 6 weeks, it remains on the management's desk for 4 weeks for a yes/no decision to be made and then there is less than 2 weeks for its execution (stress). Of course, the 4 decisive weeks are often in full conspiracy.

Ca. 70% of the time is waiting for decisions or the direction of development of the situation, 30% is making up for lost time. Balance in over time trying to get things done doesn’t exist.

Evaluation of the time to complete tasks does not exist, and then there are complaints that the quality of work is not what someone expected. Miracles are expected from employees.

If 70% of the time is waiting for a simple decision and 30% of hard and even doable work is a fair approach then I would give 5 stars. Here the hardest work is to take any decision.
