Very flat hierarchy. Management (Founders) are very accessible and engaged. I feel that everything I accomplish is recognized and contributing to Fernride's success.
Kommunikation
Communication is open and transparent. Weekly town hall meeting informs everyone about current goals and progress in all areas.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Team events are not mandatory but still very popular which speaks volumes about the atmosphere. We have a few strong "personalities" but they are all very professional where they need to be, and so it is rather enjoyable.
Work-Life-Balance
It is a start-up, so there is a lot of opportunity to do more than 100%. However, there is very rarely concrete pressure. And in almost a year there was only one evening, where I had to work really late.

A lot of emphasis is put on leadership principles. There are workshops to teach them. As a result, managers and team leaders do very well.

Home office is actively encouraged and equipment is top notch. The fastest and most silent PC I ever had.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Start-up spirit, every employee is a shareholder via an participation program. Base salary is on par but not exceptional. At current success trajectory, shareholder options might be worth a fortune, though.
