Flexible working hours
Missing structure. For me Looks likes Everbody has to talk with all, If he knows anything or Not. Missing planning of roles and responsibilities. Bad Atmosphäre under colleagues, Help your self mindest.
Motivation and Communication with the employees
Fast paced startup environment, with great leaders and colleagues.
Remote first company that gives everyone the freedom to work as it is best for them.
Strong.
Very great leaders at fernride. Taking care of the people and company in balance.
A lot of effort is put in transparent and open communication. If you want you can know everything about the company from R&D to ops.
If you look for personal and professional development that is the place to be.
Not ideal
Amazing on the outside, but it looks completely different on the inside
Not existing - it's just WORK WORK WORK
Not enough money for the amount of work
Not existing in my team
I don't even want to start
A difficult topic
Great company with a lot of ambition, interesting topics and creating innovation for a better future in the logistics sector.
Discussions on equal levels and all committed to reach the next goals. While also activities and team building are taking place.
You get all the relevant tools for your job and continuous improvement is lived.
Really focused on sustainability in all belongings (products, office, food) as a corporate value.
As a growing company the communication channels also need to adapt. There are already initiatives taking place to keep up with the pace.
A lot of international colleagues and also more female colleagues now in the engineering department.
Working at FERNRIDE means working in a productive, fun and motivating environment. Team spirit is built through regular team events / group activities like hiking, visiting the nearby beer garden / park, etc.
Since working with FERNRIDE I realized how exciting it can be to talk about your workplace. It's great to be part of this amazing and motivated team.
Working times are super flexible, remote work is possible any day (all meetings are held via video call).
The team at FERNRIDE is positive and caring. Colleagues are always happy to help and try to support each other as good as possible!
Ideas can be communicated and exchanged at any time with the founders. The founders are down to earth and you can see that they value their team (they check in with their team members on a regular basis to see what kind of support / resources they need).
It's a bright open plan office. If it's getting too loud (which happens on rare occasions) you can use one of the phone booths for concentration. If you are missing certain equipment for doing your job, equipment will be ordered in high quality.
Transparency
Clear, honest and straightforward communication on all levels
Open feedback culture
Tasks are sometimes challenging, but there is always someone around you can ask for help / support / a solution to a problem. The team spirit keeps you motivated; it never gets boring!
Very flat hierarchy. Management (Founders) are very accessible and engaged. I feel that everything I accomplish is recognized and contributing to Fernride's success.
The company is recognized well, as multiple awards can tell.
It is a start-up, so there is a lot of opportunity to do more than 100%. However, there is very rarely concrete pressure. And in almost a year there was only one evening, where I had to work really late.
Good opportunities in fast growing company to make career progress.
Start-up spirit, every employee is a shareholder via an participation program. Base salary is on par but not exceptional. At current success trajectory, shareholder options might be worth a fortune, though.
Team events are not mandatory but still very popular which speaks volumes about the atmosphere. We have a few strong "personalities" but they are all very professional where they need to be, and so it is rather enjoyable.
A lot of emphasis is put on leadership principles. There are workshops to teach them. As a result, managers and team leaders do very well.
Home office is actively encouraged and equipment is top notch. The fastest and most silent PC I ever had.
Communication is open and transparent. Weekly town hall meeting informs everyone about current goals and progress in all areas.
Bleeding edge technology for autonomous driving and teleoperation.
It's a startup with an ambitious mindset. So, fast-paced and pragmatic
Fernride is quite well known in the startup ecosystem and won lots of competitions in the last year
Again, for a startup yes. Flexible working hours, but also a high workload.
Competitive salary and stock options
Despite Corona and many days in-home office I feel connected to my colleagues and the team is doing the best to keep everyone engaged.
Good. Still a small team. Feedback is given on regular bases but also received/heard.
For a startup, tbh it's more than expected. Everyone is very approachable. Flat hierarchy, but clear reporting lines. Transparent goal setting and communication where we are with things. Everyone is very approachable.
Probably the most exciting job and challenges I had so far. 100%
It's a very dynamic and inspiring workplace with a plethora of learning opportunities.
We are still a relatively small team at the moment and it really feels like a family.
Leadership members are open to feedback and they walk the talk.
I find the communication transparent and open throughout the entire organization.
So verdient kununu Geld.
