two-way communication is critical in any relationship; we are still developing as a Fidor team and recognize we sometimes have little or poor communication; most managers make a strong effort to communicate results and objectives, in a timely manner, but due to various factors or circumstances, some people are excluded or communicated with very late in a process or change;

we all make the best decisions we can with the information that is available to us; my manager supports me in setting clear and realistic goals; I have not been involved in all decisions regarding my activity and/or my team, as I would have expected, and this has created some additional challenges; I need to improve and expect my manager to do so as well;

I work on specific and interesting tasks as I expected and as I was promised during my hiring and onboarding; there are a lot of activities and possibilities here at Fidor; I have the opportunity to work beyond my immediate team and projects and this supports my development;

my experience here (to-date) has been similar to previous employers in-terms of environment and social awareness; there is little paper waste and we use reusable dishware;

salaries are always paid on-time and my salary is comparable to others in my field with my background; there are many opportunities for growth and advancement, but if given or taken, you may not be formally recognized for it by way of promotion or salary adjustment;
