A little bit of imperfection happens in every company. Given the industry Fidor is in, it needs to move products faster with better execution. I would say we need to improve as a whole in better execution of projects and products.

Top to bottom communication needs to be further improved in terms of future direction of the company. There is a weekly standup every Monday where updates are shared regarding current and future projects. There used to be a town hall once in every quarter but it has not been happening for some time. This i think should be in place again where company wide updates are shared.

Better interaction and communication among peers within each team. Cross team interactions can be improved further.
Work-Life-Balance
Work life balance is definitely there. No one standing on your head to finish task. During some critical milestones in projects, some times late sittings happen but that is a rare case and depends project to project. This extra time is compensated.

I am very much satisfied with my superior. There is a mutual understanding and level of trust in place.
