Arbeitsatmosphäre
Supervisors have a very clear vision of how an employee should work. Deviating behavior is corrected over the entire work period. This correction is also often carried out in front of the entire team. One of the problems here is that these guidelines are not written down anywhere. The employee often finds himself in the situation that this deviant behavior is discussed in the team without the employee even knowing what was done wrong.
Kommunikation
It has happened to me that superiors have deliberately ignored questions.
When employees leave, this is only commented on in passing when asked.
Work-Life-Balance
Care is taken not to accumulate too much overtime. For important meetings, people sometimes work after hours. There was no compensation for this for me.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
The superiors do communicate that changes are desired and that unauthorized action is tolerated. In practice, however, this is implemented alternatively. When an idea is voiced, it seemed to me that the problem is always sought. A positive attitude rarely prevailed.
Supervisors sometimes speak pejoratively and badly about other employees in front of coworkers.

During the pandemic, home office was offered to all employees. The work equipment was state of the art.

The salary is lush for a startup.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
All the ways in which the work is to be implemented are prescribed. Deviations that do not coincide with the opinion of the superiors are not accepted - even constructive discussion is prevented. In such a framework, no employee can develop further.
