Furthermore, crucial company communications and events were exclusively disseminated through specialized channels, unbeknownst to foreign employees. Encountering these materials by chance proved fruitless due to their usage of highly colloquial German slang, rendering translation impossible. When brought to the attention of the Culture team, their response lacked empathy, emphasizing the German identity of the company as justification for such practices.
