Two layoff waves where 20% of employees were let go. Heads of departments and lead positions are often appointed through nepotism, not skill or experience. Complete inflation in titles - People less than two years out of college have senior titles. Some heads of departments have no previous, relevant work experience.
Marketing leadership has recently pushed out good leads and managers. This has started a domino effect where more good people are leaving.

Stop the nepotism. Work on communication. Start using the in-house talent and stop relying so much on agencies.
