They are currently working on improving the communication - sure, not everything's perfect. But everyone's open to talk and happy to help each other - which I think is the most important

From my side it's completely fine but I heard that other teams are struggling a bit with that at times, because they are understaffed.

It's not actively encouraged, but if you are able to show that a course would make sense for the purpose of the company, the doors are open
