It´s more illusion than reality ....

Was quite good in 2022 but with many changes in the beginning and end of 2023 got worse.
Kommunikation
It feels like decissions have been made suddenly and without thinking about it. Which is due to the face that supervisors / managing directors communicate to late and definitley not always the truth.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
The colleagues stick together really well (except some supervisors).
Work-Life-Balance
Work, work, work no Excueses - nothing to add.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
There are supervisors who have less expertise than some employees, but nevertheless they treat you from above instead of learning from those employees.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Just some places are equippded very well - some have nothing. The Office Management is very well executed/ managed for several years but Managing Directors say due to some Home Office and Budget they will not equip every desk.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Salary is always in time . Maybe less than other companys would pay. Not a lot of salary adjustments. No social Benefits.
