It was okay in 2022, but the management failed to have a plan B when the DiGA application was rejected. Since then it's been chaos, last minute decisions, stress, uncertainty
Kommunikation
Good with colleagues, terrible top-down. There is no clear structure, things are constantly changed, decisions are made without talking to people. Everyone knows that things are bad, but management presents things as brilliant. Tense, insencere atmosphere, everything is done in secret. Constructive criticism is heard but ignored

Depends on the department. There are some who work a lot of overtime while others don't have much to do
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Really bad. Management are friendly people personally but often behave unprofessional. Many don't have leadership skills, decide only top-down but pretend there is an open company culture. One manager was offended when internally criticised and threatened the employee with consequences. Several people have been fired suddenly without communication or explanation
Interessante Aufgaben
Depends a bit on the department, but the tasks are usually varied and interesting

The new office is very nice and a much better space to work than the old one. You are free to work with the tools you need in general if they don't cost too much money
