Disappointing Experience in Marketing Department
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Employees don't matter too much. I've seen young high potentials starting, very soon working in high stress with a lack of direction and guidance, making them leave frustrated and disillusioned.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Focus on the well-being of your employees, don't treat them like machines and give more trust to empower decision making within the teams.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
High-pressure and chaotic working environment
Kommunikation
No communication or good work-flow between departments. A lot of politics between managers.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
There's general trust between colleagues due to the fact that they're all experiencing high pressure and very stressful times, making them stick together.
Work-Life-Balance
Very! long working hours (not compensated) and "benefits" that keep the employees spending their free time at the company, building their social networks there, leaving them with having no reason to finish work in time.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Poor management, lack of communication from execs. General lack of trust and micromanagement. "Old-school" top-down management.
Interessante Aufgaben
Tasks are challenging and demanding, but are clearly lacking a focus or general direction.
Gleichberechtigung
I didn't notice any different treatment in regards to gender or nationality.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Yes, there are free snacks and a training area. There are office events. But this is overshadowed by stress, long working hours and micromanagement.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
Different initiatives towards becoming greener. The real motives besides their public image are questionable.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Way below industry standards and certainly too low for Munich.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
No personal development plan or feedback.
