–Great hybrid work policy & working hours that suit the individual's schedule
–Wonderful and supportive colleagues

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

–Lack of flexibility for working from abroad (USA in particular)
–Lack of commitment to long term planning/strategy/vision
–At times, working in silos
–Employees asked to take on several positions at once leaving little room for true concentration and focus. This can lead to burnout

Verbesserungsvorschläge

–Continue to listen to your employees, their needs, and concerns. Officevibe is a good tool to get benchmarks, but can sometimes be monotonous for weekly use and feedback is not always specific or constructive.
–Ask me anything sessions from senior leadership would be very helpful in giving employees a stage to ask questions and learn about the goings on of the company.
–Allow for more transparency on an individual's budget for external training, workshops, etc

Arbeitsatmosphäre

A fun, modern working environment that allows for collaboration and innovation! While each department has its own unique culture, everyone is always welcome to join in. Very inclusive and welcoming!

Kommunikation

The company wide All Hands meetings are very helpful for updates from all departments; keep this up! Regular communication, inspiration, and learnings from executive members could be more frequent.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

Love, love, love my colleagues; I've learned so much from them and their constant support/spirit have kept me motivated and happy at work. The international & multi cultural aspect of the team is simply the cherry top.

Work-Life-Balance

This has greatly improved in the last few years. Initiatives like the 4 Day Work Week, have been instrumental in helping employees disconnect from work. Keep this up!

Vorgesetztenverhalten

A flat hierarchy helps build a close relationship for all employees and their superiors. Transparency and communication from a top level can be improved on.

Interessante Aufgaben

There has never been a boring day at Freeletics. I have found there is always a new challenge to tackle or project to take on.

Umgang mit älteren Kollegen

Demographic wise, the company is rather young but everyone is treated the same no matter their age.

Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein

This is something that is slowly but surely becoming more important for Freeletics. However, I believe the brand and its senior leaders can become even louder (and more proactive) both on & offline in standing up for pressing issues facing our society in the future. This commitment to be a socially responsible company and product should be way more visible in 2023 and beyond.

Salaries are generally on point for the industry and job location (MUC)

Karriere/Weiterbildung

Starting as an intern and graduating to an intermediate level over the last four years, I've seen many opportunities for growth at Freeletics. I can personally recommend the company to young professionals interested in learning and advancing their careers.
