Complete lack of transparency on raises and promotions, strong hierarchies that foster competition and a toxic culture, toxic managers, lack of appreciation for people’s work.

360 feedback should be mandatory. A top-down feedback only fosters a toxic culture, with managers feeling empowered to behave very poorly, as there is no way for employees to evaluate them officially.

No transparency on raises, no 360 feedback culture (only top-down feedback, and no way to evaluate your manager).

Toxic management culture, aimed at preventing people from getting raises. Lack of appreciation for people’s work. Diminishing attitude towards certain job roles, considered unworthy or “for people with no skills”. My self-esteem was really damaged.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Extremely low salaries and getting a raise is impossible if you work in a certain department, independently from your performance.
