Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Excellent workplace, work environment, we have all the tools to perform our work (in terms of software and hardware), our ideas are heard and most of the time implemented, we can do home office, we have some fun events online and onsite, we can take grow and take more responsibilities.

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

I think that perhaps we are creating a competitive environment in the company, and we should be more focus on creating a collaborative workplace.

Verbesserungsvorschläge

To have a transparent salary structure, a more organized place for the company's internal documentation, and more training for the employees (with external vendors, we have plenty of internal training).

Arbeitsatmosphäre

Informal work environment, an amazing team, and plenty of home office.

Kommunikation

The communication here is fluid and uncomplicated, Slack is our main communication channel. We still need to have some room for improvement when it comes to organizing the company's documents/presentations, so everyone is on the same page.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

There are plenty of events, online and onsite. The happy hours are encouraged, and I feel supported by my leader and colleagues.

Work-Life-Balance

In general, the work-life balance is good, but while we are still hiring people for the team, sometimes we have to work some extra hours.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

I believe we have an open channel with the Managing Directors, the company goals are doable and ideas/suggestions from the employees are taken into consideration. I believe Futurepath can be better when it comes to compensation transparency in terms of the different seniority levels

Interessante Aufgaben

At Futurepath, you will work with the Automotive Industry - the VW Group, in the land of the Automotive players. If you are a recruiter, be prepared to hire a mixture of traditional engineering roles with new tech skills. One thing we can improve, is to perhaps better select the roles/clients that will bring more results - placements - to our efforts.

Gleichberechtigung

As we don't have a transparent structure of compensation/salary in the company, it is hard to say if employees are receiving equal rights. On the other hand, lately, a new promotion matrix was implemented in the company, so now we know what it takes to receive a promotion in terms of seniority (junior, mid, senior, principal) in the company.

Umgang mit älteren Kollegen

We are a very young company in terms of the age of the employees. I guess the oldest person there is 40. Perhaps we should hire older people to have more diversity in the team.

Arbeitsbedingungen

We have all the tools we need to perform our work, and the office is very well equipped and nice to work.

Karriere/Weiterbildung

Futurepath puts the responsibility on the employee for further education/training. This is something that could be more promoted by leadership and HR could also be more proactive in come-up with some interesting training for the staff.
